Best Mexican food in the state of Colorado for sure. Best Fajitas I've had at a restaurant ever. 2nd best margarita I've ever had. (the hibiscus one) Salsa is pretty good. Service is very good and friendly. Ambiance is better than most. I have been to literally probably 300-500 Mexican restaurants in my life. This one is top notch. 5 stars for sure.

We were greeted and sat immediately upon entering. We ordered drinks and they came out quickly. The daiquiri was delicious. The salsa was a bit spicy for this Midwesterner. The cheese dip was delicious. It also had a bit of spice but I felt it was just enough heat. Then our food came and the plates were huge. Definitely more food than I can eat at one time. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We appreciate when restaurants make an effort in presentation and when the food has flavor. I could tell this is a family owned business that cares about their customers. Prices were average to slightly above average. Thanks for the great dinner at the end of a long work day!

This place was delicious! We ordered the tacos al carbon and the camarones mexicanos. The meat was perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the rice was phenomenal. The food came quickly after ordering, and the staff was pretty friendly. I'm usually pretty picky about Mexican food, but it was recommended by my uncle, who's from El Paso. IF you are arriving in a group, they will not put you in line until your entire party is inside the building.

We are regulars here! We love visiting this place! Their Molcajete is FABULOUS! Get the bacon-wrapped shrimp because they are seriously the best in town!!

Great restaurant with amazing food. Tamales and tacos are absolutely delicious, the best I've ever had. Delightful strawberry margaritas. The portions are very large and the prices are more than reasonable. Fast and polite service. Great music and atmosphere.There is plenty of parking by the restaurant. Loved this place and will definitely return to try more dishes.

Absolutely the BEST Mexican food we've ever had! My family and I eat here almost every week because it's just that good. The flavors are amazing, the portions are generous, and everything is always hot and fresh. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming—it’s like visiting family every time. And do not skip the hibiscus margarita... it’s honestly the best thing you’ll ever have. Fiesta Jalisco is our go-to spot in Colorado Springs, and we recommend it to everyone we know!
